Mains’l Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Program Manager to support a 1-person program in Golden Valley. The manager of this program must have experience in behavioral analysis, data collection and interpretation, delivery of ongoing team training/adaptation or approaches based on data, and strong team building skills. You will oversee a team of Direct Support Professionals supporting a person using Positive Behavioral Support and Person-Centered Practices to live successfully in their own home and community.

Your day-to-day work may include:
- Develop, document, and nurture annual plans with the people you support and their team
- Manage services, which may be hourly or 24-hour supports
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Communicate and collaborate with guardians, case managers, and other Mains’l team members
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to teams and people supported
- Communicate and collaborate with guardians, case managers, and other team members
- Support behavioral analytic programming through data collection and interpretation
- Adapt and train on new approaches based on data gathered
- Implementing approaches such as de-escalation techniques and positive reinforcement as written in the person’s Positive Behavioral Support Plan
- Model and maintain expectations for excellence
- Manage resources wisely, and inside of a budget
Minimum Qualifications:
- Qualify as a Designated Coordinator under 245D licensing rules
- Coursework, training or experience in behavioral analysis
- At least one year of experience implementing therapeutic / behavioral interventions for people who exhibit challenging behavior.
- 3+ years of behavioral experience
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and implementing behavioral/ therapeutic interventions.
- Experience providing training for groups of 5- 25 people.
- Experience with application of evidence based behavioral practices and/or therapeutic approaches.
- Working knowledge of the state waivered system and state statue 245D.
- Experience in participation in or facilitation of interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Working knowledge of/skills in person-centered practices and trauma informed care.
- Experience in a supervisory role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
